Matching Gift Guidelines

Please help the Harvard Club of Wisconsin by inquiring about a matching gift with your employer!

     The best way to request a matching gift is to contact your HR department or HR Manager, and provide them with the relevant information of your donation to the
     Harvard Club of Wisconsin. 

     To process a matching gift request, most employers require the following information:
 
     Name of organization: The Harvard Club of Wisconsin
     (Mailing address information must be provided by the club president or treasurer listed below)
 
     Organization Tax ID: 391251064
 
          Date of gift: ________________
 
          Amount of gift: ______________
 
          Method of gift payment (credit card/check)
